Data we process and why

Through this website we process only the data you submit yourself:

• Enquiry and quotation form: name, company, e-mail, phone, subject and your message. Purpose: handling your enquiry and contacting you.
• Job application form: name, phone, e-mail, position, level of German, start date and your note. Purpose: assessing your application.
• Technical log data: IP address, browser details and a timestamp when the form is submitted. Purpose: preventing abuse and automated spam.

Legal basis

We process data submitted through the forms on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Retention

Enquiries and quotation requests are kept for a reasonable period after the related business discussion ends. Applications are held in the applicant pool for as long as your consent stands; once withdrawn they are deleted or anonymised. Records subject to a statutory retention obligation are kept for the applicable period.

Recipients and transfers

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with service providers required to run the service (hosting and e-mail infrastructure) and, where legally required, with competent authorities.

Cookies

This website does not use marketing or profiling cookies to track visitors. Beyond the technical data needed for the pages to work, no persistent identifier is written to your browser. Fonts are loaded from an external provider; in doing so your browser transmits your IP address to that provider.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you have the right to:

• obtain information about and access to the data processed
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• have your data deleted or its processing restricted
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw consent and object to processing
• lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
