Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we hear most often during the quotation stage, answered directly.
01Scope
Services and scope
Our entire call center operation runs in German. The team speaks with your customers at native level. Governance and reporting with you can be handled in English, German or Turkish.
Yes. Inbound (customer service, information line, technical support) and outbound (telesales, appointments, surveys) can be combined within one project, under one team and one reporting set.
We start with a data processing agreement. Access is role-based, records are kept only for the period agreed in the contract and deleted afterwards. Processes are designed to meet GDPR requirements.
In standard scope we produce a go-live plan covering needs analysis, script writing, training and pilot calls. The timeline depends on channel count, product complexity and target volume, and is confirmed in the quotation.
Phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, live chat, contact forms and messaging channels. We can take on all of them or a subset; having one team handle several channels usually produces a more consistent customer experience.
We also work with smaller operations. In that case the team is not exclusively assigned but planned in a shared model. Which model fits is decided from your expected call volume.
02Commercial
Pricing, contract and process
We use one of three models: a monthly rate per assigned agent, a rate per talk minute, or a rate per transaction. Which is better for you depends on call volume and handling time; the quotation compares two models side by side.
Our standard approach is a short pilot phase followed by a fixed-term contract. The pilot lets both sides decide on the basis of real data.
As standard, a weekly summary and a detailed monthly report. During intensive campaign phases a daily summary can be added. Report content and frequency are written into the contract.
The hand-over process is defined from the start. Knowledge base, scripts, open cases and reports are handed over in an orderly way; deletion of the relevant data happens within the period stated in the contract and is confirmed in writing.
03Data protection
Data protection and confidentiality
Every project starts with a data processing agreement; purpose, scope, retention period and sub-processors are set out in writing. Permissions are role-based, team members sign a confidentiality agreement, and a defined notification process applies if a breach is suspected.
Recording only takes place where the legal requirements and notice obligations are met. Purpose, retention period and access rights are defined in the contract; recordings are deleted once the period expires.
The operation runs at our site in Bursa. The systems used, the data location and, where applicable, the conditions for any transfer outside the country are stated clearly in the contract annex.
Yes. Everyone working on the operation signs a confidentiality agreement. Data access from personal devices is excluded by our policy, and the work area is access-controlled.
