German at native level
From the first second your customer finds an accent-free, fluent counterpart. German is our only service language.
German-language customer contact
Finding a German-speaking team is possible. The hard part is turning it into an operation with defined service levels, data protection in place and weekly measurement. This page describes the difference through how we actually work, not through claims.
In hiring, a language certificate alone is not a sufficient criterion; we run a spoken script test. After hiring, language remains a regularly measured criterion: in call evaluation it is a separate scoring item, and a falling score feeds straight into the training plan.
The most common problem with an outsourced operation is that you cannot see how it is going. We solve that up front: which metrics are measured, how often they are reported and what happens below which threshold is written into the contract.
Building an in-house German-speaking team means recruiting, training, infrastructure and management overhead. With us most of those steps are already done; what remains is learning your product and your scripts.
Channels, volume and scripts are clarified; contract and data processing agreement are signed.
Product and process training; quality measured through pilot calls.
The line goes live; the first phase is closely monitored with weekly reporting.
